How do you change a in-line fuel filter on a 67' Buick lesabre?

There are 2 bolts, a large one and a small one, the largest connected to my carb. and the smallest to the metal fuel line.

How do I get these disconnected without bending my fuel line? How do you change a in-line fuel filter on a 67' Buick lesabre?hold the big nut with one wrench while you use another wrench to loosen your fuel line. How do you change a in-line fuel filter on a 67' Buick lesabre?with two tools one to hold the back one one to turn the front one... one will screw out you can also hold the front one and trun out the back one but you have to break it loose before replacing it.. i always broke the back one loose then hold the front one and twist it back and forth a few times you have to work it easy but it will come off.... and then there is the old way of doing it .. cut the medal line then un screw it and just put a rubber hose in placeHow do you change a in-line fuel filter on a 67' Buick lesabre?hold the largest one with a wrench and turn the smaller one, use a wrench that fits properly and preferably a line wrench if you have one, they are soft metal and strip easily, you may have to wiggle the smaller one back and forth when it comes loose so it spins on the fuel line and doesn't try to twist it. They fuel line will have some give to it so it bends a little to get it clear of the carb.
