How do you change a pressurized fuel filter? (90 Olds Cutlass)?

Lots of people have questions about fuel filters on here, but they are for specific cars only. Our car is a 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera %26amp; we've been told it has a pressurized fuel filter. So does anyone know how to handle changing one like that? OR I was actually trying to find some website that could walk you through it or have diagrams or something. But so far I've found nothing too helpful online for free. Any links or help would be appreciated. Thanks! How do you change a pressurized fuel filter?
