I brought my car in for regular maintenance, and I'm already paying for a lot of other work when they noticed that I needed the fuel filter replaced too. My car didn't have the filter changed until 90,000 miles, but it really needed it. The previous owner used farm fuel in it, which is low grade for tractors.



Nissan suggests a inspect and replace if necessary every 30,000 miles according to the Maintenance Guide.
