I soaked it in WD-40 and it will not budge. It's the bolt that holds the fuel filter in place so I have to use a wrench, no way to get a socket on there... It is actually beginning to strip so I don't wanna try to much... any advice will be helpful.

WD-40 can be used for lots of things but it is not realy a penetrating oil.
